Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing you with the delivery option that best suits your needs. We offer you standard shipping, or expedited shipping if you're in a hurry. We also offer shipping insurance, which protects your purchase is lost during delivery and gives you the ability to track your items. You choose whichever option you like, it's totally up to you! Having said that, here are some things that we need to tell you about our shipping policy:
1) We will process shipments within 24-48 business hours (ie Monday-Friday) after receiving payment for your order, however in most cases this will be within 24 business hours.
2) If you choose to not purchase shipping insurance, we cannot provide refunds for lost shipments, nor can we track them if you live outside Canada. We've found that items lost in the mail are very rare, however please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.
Returns Policy
We're certain that you'll be very happy with your purchase and that you'll never want to return it to us (or give it to anyone else for that matter), however here is our policy on returns:
1) We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the incorrect item. Just so you know, we do personally inspect all items before shipping to ensure they have no damage and that it's the item(s) you ordered.
2) We do not accept returns because of "buyer's remorse". This can mean you bought it and just decided you don't want it anymore, or if you receive another one just like it, or a similar reason. In a nutshell, if you receive the item you ordered, it's yours to keep! Having said that, please please please read the item description(s) carefully, and ask us any questions you like before making your purchase - we are here to help.
