| We purchase all of our products with the expectation that they are authentic. However, we cannot guarantee that this is the case. We personally inspect each and every item that is placed on our website to ensure that it is of the highest quality and free of defects, and appears to be authentic. It is not our intention to fool our customers, so if we receive a product that is obviously not authentic, we will not post it on our website for sale.. |

Complete your information including full name/tel phone/email/valid shipping address, then click continue to pay via your credit card or PayPal. For off-line payment, we can accept western union/moneygram/bank transfers, please contact us for more details, as you will be unable to use the standard checkout process on our website using these payment methods. |

We will usually ship items within 24 business hours, so if you have paid for your order and then want to make a change, please e-mail us immediately. If you're items haven't been shipped, we will work with you to make the changes you need and send you a revised invoice. |

| Usually yes, we will try to pack it all in same package, however, in cases that the package is not big enough to hold all the items or there is a longer processing time for a certain item that will cause delays, we will send them in different packages. |

Yes, all your bags will be shipped in the same package, unless the package is not big enough to hold all of the bags, they will then need to be put in separate packages. |
